All groups will need to be booked at least one week in advance through the Education and Bookings administrator, telephone 01223 332904 or email .

If you come to the museum without making a booking you may be refused entrance.

During Cambridgeshire school term we are unable to accept large groups during the morning, as there is other teaching going on in the galleries at this time. However we do welcome groups after 14:00.

When making the booking we will need to know the following information:

1. Your name and the name of the group
2. The size of your group
3. The date and time you hope to make your visit
4. If you wish to lecture

The maximum group size for one arrival time is 30 people. Group arrival times are offered at 30 minute intervals. If your group is larger than 30, please state your requirements when booking, so that additional arrangements can be made.

All groups must enter the Museum through the Courtyard Entrance where the leaders can check in at the Reception desk. Leaders or organisers may be required to divide their parties into groups, which are small enough to avoid inconvenience to other visitors.

Charges

There is no admission fee, however the museum would appreciate a donation of £3 per person (the suggested minimum is £10 per group).
